LONDON – Broadstone Resourcing is delighted to announce it has been awarded membership to the prestigious professional recruitment trade body APSCo (the Association of Professional Staffing Companies) as of 1 October 2014. Broadstone Resourcing is a London-based recruitment company matching extraordinary financial professionals with extraordinary brands. The company recruits across all levels – from early stage professionals to CFOs. APSCo membership is an exciting next step in the company’s growth, representing a high-level badge of quality and a dedication to best practice.
APSCo is a leading trade body dedicated to representing professional recruitment companies. Applications for membership must include independent references from clients and candidates, and a demonstrable commitment to a strict code of conduct and values.
Broadstone Resourcing believes relationships are at the heart of recruitment, and takes pride in its people-driven approach. APSCo has said Broadstone Resourcing’s “glowing” customer testimonials made it a standout applicant for membership.
Ann Swain, CEO of APSCo says: “Our body recognises excellence, and we are delighted to welcome Broadstone Resourcing to our network. We were very impressed with the level of glowing references that we received; they just kept rolling in. Broadstone Resourcing’s investment in APSCo membership shows a serious commitment on behalf of customers to remain up to speed with legislation, compliance, and the latest developments in the industry.”
Broadstone Resourcing is directed by its two co-founders, Brian Dwane and Graham Broe.
On the new membership, Dwane says: “We are thrilled to join such an elite body of fellow recruitment professionals. Graham and I have been dedicated to fulfilling our clients’ and candidates’ ambitions since we founded Broadstone Resourcing three and a half years ago, and APSCo membership is a meaningful recognition of that dedication.”
Broe says: “We see APSCo’s values as closely aligned with ours: quality, integrity, relationship-building and intellectual stimulation. Membership means we’ll be on top of the legal, political and market updates that matter to us and to those we work with. We’re looking forward to new opportunities to enhance what we do.”
