Finance Manager - £85,000 + Bonus & Benefits - Sports & Leisure company - Central London (Hybrid)

Based in their European Head Office in Central London, you'll be stepping into a high-profile Finance Manager role with real scope to make an impact.

What you'll be doing:
- Full responsibility for management accounts and monthly reporting packs for the board and senior management.
- Updating long-term forecasts with monthly actuals and supporting business performance reviews.
- Driving the month-end process, ensuring deadlines are met and financial data is accurate.
- Supporting the CFO with year-end audit processes.
- Providing financial insights and analysis to influence strategic and commercial decisions across the business.
- Overseeing accruals, prepayments, fixed asset register, depreciation, and journals.
- Managing, motivating, and developing your team to deliver excellence.
What we're looking for:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong technical skills with exposure to multi-currency accounting.
- Systems knowledge: NetSuite, Coupa, and/or Concur would be a plus.
- Advanced Excel/MS Office skills.
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- An interest in live events, sport, or music would be a real advantage.
