Finance Manager - £85,000 + Bonus & Benefits - Sports & Leisure company - Central London (Hybrid)

Based in their European Head Office in Central London, you'll be stepping into a high-profile Finance Manager role with real scope to make an impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Full responsibility for management accounts and monthly reporting packs for the board and senior management.
  • Updating long-term forecasts with monthly actuals and supporting business performance reviews.
  • Driving the month-end process, ensuring deadlines are met and financial data is accurate.
  • Supporting the CFO with year-end audit processes.
  • Providing financial insights and analysis to influence strategic and commercial decisions across the business.
  • Overseeing accruals, prepayments, fixed asset register, depreciation, and journals.
  • Managing, motivating, and developing your team to deliver excellence.

What we're looking for:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong technical skills with exposure to multi-currency accounting.
  • Systems knowledge: NetSuite, Coupa, and/or Concur would be a plus.
  • Advanced Excel/MS Office skills.
  • Confident communicator, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • An interest in live events, sport, or music would be a real advantage.
