Finance Manager - House builder - St Albans, Hertfordshire - £70,000 + package
Overview:
Leading house builder based in St Albans is seeking to recruit a finance manager from within the industry.
You will be a capable finance professional with a sound understanding of the housebuilding sector and have significant experience working with non-finance people.
Candidates must be professionally qualified to be considered (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent overseas qualification).
Main responsibilities:
- Production of management accounts, balance sheet, fixed assets
- Business partnering with Operations teams to ensure scheme budgets and costs adhered to
- Maintain scheme-wide appraisals for live and strategic sites
- Ownership of the weekly cashflow forecast
- Assisting FD in preparation of finance schedules for inclusion in Board Pack
- Involvement in budget process and 5YP
